Drone spraying in Dhenkanal

Yes. Sky Spray takes bookings across Dhenkanal district, including Kamakhyanagar, Hindol, Parjang, Bhuban. Post your field with the price per acre you want to pay, and the first DGCA-authorised operator near Dhenkanal to accept gets the job.

You name the price per acre when you post your field; the app shows what operators near you charge and will not go below the lowest of them. A standard pesticide, fungicide or nano urea run in Odisha averages ₹300 to ₹600 per acre with the chemical excluded, varying with the operators' own rates; tall crops and orchards can be higher.

Paddy, Vegetables, Pulses make up most bookings in Dhenkanal. Dhenkanal grows paddy on the Rengali left canal and the Brahmani plain around Kamakhyanagar and Parjang, with vegetables and groundnut on the lighter soils near Hindol and forested hills covering much of the western blocks.

In the peak of kharif (June to November) and rabi (November to March) book two or three days ahead, because calm early-morning slots go first. Outside peak weeks, next-day bookings are common.

Most operators accept from 2 acres and often batch neighbouring plots on the same visit. Post the field anyway; nearby operators decide whether it fits their route.

Every operator on Sky Spray submits a DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate, drone registration details and identity proof, and is verified before they can accept a job.

Cash or UPI, your choice. Pay the operator in cash when they reach your field, or pay online in the app once they accept. Either way, the job starts only when you share your 4-digit start code, so nobody starts spraying before you are ready and paid up.

Yes. Cancelling before an operator accepts, or before you have paid, costs nothing. Cancelling a paid online booking after acceptance keeps a 20% fee for the operator's reserved slot. Once the start code is shared the job is under way and cannot be cancelled in the app. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
