Delete your account

You can delete your Sky Spray account and personal data at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens to your data afterwards.

From the app (fastest)

  1. Open Sky Spray and go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on every device.

By email

Cannot access the app — lost the phone, changed your number, or already uninstalled it? Send us a request and we will verify your identity before processing it.

Request account deletion

Opens your email app with the request prefilled. Or write to privacy@truelet.in from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, phone number, and profile
  • Saved field locations and booking preferences
  • For operators: certification and insurance documents, drone details, and your payout UPI ID
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers

Removed within 30 days of your request.

What we have to keep

Records of completed bookings — the transaction, invoice, and payment or payout — are retained for eight years, because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. The same applies to the operator verification record attached to a job that was actually flown.

These are kept in a restricted form, detached from your profile, and are not used for any other purpose. Ratings and reviews you left stay visible in anonymised form so other users do not lose the history they relied on.

Before you delete

  • Deletion is permanent. The account cannot be restored, and a new signup starts from scratch.
  • Settle any open bookings first. Deleting while a job is scheduled cancels it under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Operators: make sure any pending payout has been received. We cannot pay out to a deleted account.
